Pauline began working for Maryport Developments Ltd in April 2000 and continued to develop skills in the marine sector, qualifying as a Certified Marina Manager in May 2007. Pauline has since overseen the transition to Maryport Harbour and Marina Limited in 2013 and has continued as General Manager and sits on the board as a director and company secretary.

Adam joined the team in June 2014 as a member of our Administration Team, whilst studying at university, until Adam returned in June 2019 and started full-time as Finance Administrator, Adam progressed through the ranks and is now Marina Manager & Assistant Manager. Adam has completed his advanced marina managers course and is a qualified RYA Powerboat Instructor, Wise Boat Hoist operator, Slinger, and as a 4P Oil Spill Commander.

Andrew joined the team in May 2007 and since then has acquired a wide range of qualifications and brings immense experience from being a commercial fisherman and currently has his own sailing yacht, Skipsea Witch. 

Gary joined the team in September 2020 and has since qualified in many areas of the Operational side of the business such as Wise Boat Hoist operator, Slinger and 2P Oil Spill.

Lewis joined the team in August 2020 and has since qualified in many areas of the Operational side of the business such as Wise Boat Hoist operator, Slinger and 2P Oil Spill.

Luke joined the team in May 2021 and has since qualified in many areas of the Operational side of the business such as Wise Boat Hoist operator, Slinger and 2P Oil Spill.

Zak joined the team in September 2022 as a Receptionist during his time at College studying Business Management and Administration and has since went full time with the role of Harbour Operations Assistant, Zak holds a wide variety of qualifications including being a RYA Powerboat Scheme Instructor.

Emma joined the team in April 2022 as a temporary Receptionist and has since joined the team on a permanent basis.
