Management
Pauline Gorley - Manager
Pauline began working for Maryport Developments Ltd in April 2000 and continued to develop skills in the marine sector, qualifying as a Marina Manager in May 2007. Pauline has since overseen the transition to Maryport Harbour and Marina Limited in 2013 and has continued as Marina Manager and sits on the board as a director and company secretary.
Adam Lamb - Assistant Manager
Adam joined the team in June 2014 as a member of our Administration Team, while at University Adam was still involved in the company as he worked on the marketing, returning in 2019 as a Finance Administrator, later becoming a Team Leader. In 2022 Adam qualified as an intermediate marina manager and later progressed into the role of Assistant Manager.
