Accessing Maryport Marina
Access to Maryport Marina is through the harbour entrance and flap gate, which helps protect the marina and maintain water levels within the harbour. The flap gate operates with the tide, allowing vessels to enter and leave when conditions and water levels permit.

Access is therefore tide-dependent, and skippers should check the latest tide times and harbour information before planning their arrival. If you’re unsure about access, our harbour team will be happy to provide guidance.
